# windows无法使用问题解决总汇

|  一、先看看你的电脑上是否打开了系统代理 如以下图片所示 如未打开请手动将他设置一下，打开这个页面的方式是 键盘按win+i 快捷键进入 设置界面-点击网络选项-左侧的代理选项**

| 二、看看浏览器是否关闭了影响代理的插件 

# 如果你是谷歌、edge、等浏览器请检查浏览器是否存在代理型插件未关闭的情况 浏览器查看方式：浏览器地址栏输入：chrome://settings/system 进入浏览器系统设置界面 看以下图片第一张 如果有的话点击停用（不限于哪种软件只要有就停用）edge浏览器也是这样操作 大同小异 如果还是没有解决你的问题 再往下看

| 三、查看电脑时间是否跟北京时间一致

# 如果时间不对请改为北京时间

| 四、以上的内容如果均没有问题 请点击一下这个位置重启一下软件删除配置
