# 登录美区appleid 出现需要输入问题答案的解决方法

IOS14 按登入后会提示「Apple ID 安全」  
请选择「其他选项」->「不升级」

1.報錯：密碼錯誤  
  
解決辦法:請重新複製密碼或者等待幾分鐘后再複製密碼。  
  
2.報錯：需要輸入手機驗證碼  
  
解決辦法:請重新複製密碼或者等待幾分鐘后再複製密碼或者更換另一個共享ID嘗試。  
  
3.報錯：下載軟件時提示ID被禁用  
  
解決辦法:卸載舊軟件后才能下載。
